Animal Who Can Stand With Tail
The
kangaroos are marsupial animal. Kangaroos have large pointed ears on top of
their heads, a long nose and short arms. They have sharp claws and very long
feet. A female kangaroo has a pouch on its stomach to carry her joey. Kangaroo
can stand with tail and boxing to the same male kangaroo for access to oestrus
females or at limited drinking spots
A
kangaroo has big strong legs. It moves by jumping. Both its feet leave the
ground together. A kangaroo bounces along with its long tail held out behind.
It uses its short paws to hold things and for scratching.
There
are 6 species of Kangaroo:

The Red Kangaroo is the largest surviving marsupial anywhere in the world.

Grey Kangaroo is less
well-known than the red

Grey Kangaroo is
slightly smaller again

equivalent of the eastern and western grey kangaroos. In behavior and habitat
it is more similar to Red and grey kangaroos.

Kangaroos
are herbivores. They only eat plants. They mainly graze on grass and some small
shrubs.
